As true Chicagoans, our first exhibit was created as a tribute to the glorious Hot Dog.
However we couldn't just stop there, the first exhibit fully showcased the history of and international obsession with encased meat.

Never has the world been more interested in adventures in eating and the art of cooking, and we couldn't be more excited about it. Our mission at Foodseum is to continue to grow this awakening by creating a central location for anyone to learn about, celebrate and be inspired by food.
